Payment by credit/debit card or cheque is due at the time of the order.

All prices displayed include VAT but exclude postage and packaging. The actual charges for postage and packaging are shown immediately prior to checkout once you have selected a shipping destination, (UK, Europe or Rest of World). Delivery to Non- European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of goods.

Goods are dispatched within two working days unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to dispatch in the stated two working days we will send you an e-mail with an estimated dispatch date. We will also offer you an option to cancel your order.

For The Witch In You cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Notification of damage or wrongly shipped goods or incomplete shipped goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claims outside seven days will not be accepted. Goods must be returned in a resalable condition. Sealed items cannot be returned opened. Please send an e-mail to customer services before you return the goods indicating the reason for your return.

Please wrap all packages securely. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. Return postage will only be paid if goods are faulty, in an unsatisfactory condition, or sent in error.

Purchasers of a spell box from For The Witch In You undertake to use its components in a responsible manner. For The Witch In You will not be held responsible for any damage occurring from misuse of our products in either a psychic or spiritual form. These products are to be used in the spirit of love and fun and are never intended to harm others or the spell caster.

Spell casters should take care with candles, incense and oil burners. Make sure candles and oil burners are placed on none flammable surfaces and away from drafts and flammable materials such as curtains and clothing. All oils are meant for external use only and should never be taken internally, placed on skin, or used by anyone allergic to their contents. Pregnant woman should consult their doctor before using the contents of our spell boxes. Children should be supervised at all times while undertaking any of the spells. For the Witch In you cannot accept liability for any injury arising from misuse.
